2023 BARTOW COMMUNITY PARADE APPLICATION & INFO

IF YOUR UNIT IS SEEN THROWING CANDY, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NEXT BARTOW COMMUNITY HALLOWEEN PARADE. THERE WILL BE NO WARNINGS ISSUED.

WE ARE OFFERING PARADE SPONSORSHIPS TO GET IN THE BEGINNING OF THE PARADE. HEAD OVER TO THE PARADE SPONSORSHIP PAGE FOR MORE DETAILS.

The parade application will be available here until Tuesday, October 24th at 5pm. After that, no further entries will be accepted.

The 79th Annual Bartow Community Parade will take place on Thursday, October 26th at 4:00pm. Please view the 2023 Parade Guidelines document before completing your application and PayPal payment. Once the application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your application has been reviewed and payment confirmed, you will receive your section assignment. Please allow up to 2 business days for section assignment. If you have questions or issues submitting your application or payment, please email us at BartowHalloween@gmail.com.

Please read the parade guidelines prior to completing the application form, as you must agree to all requirements.

Parade Fee Exemptions(scroll down for application form)

The parade fee applies to all entries unless one of the following conditions apply:


1) Your unit represents a non-profit organization

2) Your unit represents a city, county, state, or federal government agency

3) Your unit represents a public school or a group affiliated with a public school

4) Your unit represents a church

If you represent an individual, group, business, politician, or political group, you are responsible for submitting your payment through one of the below PayPal links. You do not need to create an account since PayPal allows direct payments with credit/debit cards. Clicking the links below opens a new page. All fees collected will support the Bartow Community.
